पश्चिम बंगाल शिक्षक भर्ती घोटाले में हर रोज नए खुलासे हो रहे हैं। इन खुलासों के केंद्र में अर्पिता मुखर्जी भी हैं। वे ममता बनर्जी की सरकार में मंत्री रहे पार्थ चटर्जी की बेहद करीबी हैं। अर्पिता के घरों पर छापेमारी में अब तक 50 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा कैश और 5 किलो सोना मिलने की बात सामने आ चुकी है। लेकिन अर्पिता मुखर्जी का पुश्तैनी घर जर्जर हाल में है। इस घर में उनकी माँ मिनाती मुखर्जी अकेली रहती हैं।

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, अर्पिता का पुश्तैनी घर उत्तर 24 परगना जिले के बलघेरिया के देवनपाड़ा इलाके में स्थित है। ये घर कई जगह से टूट रहा है। मकान करीब 50 साल पुराना है। अर्पिता की माँ की तबीयत खराब रहती है। उनकी छोटी बहन की शादी हो चुकी है। माँ की देखभाल के लिए अर्पिता ने दो लोगों को वहाँ पर रखा हुआ है। खुद भी कभी-कभार माँ से मिलने के लिए आया करती रही हैं।

दैनिक भास्कर की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, अर्पिता की माँ ने बताया कि वो आती है और दवाइयाँ दे देती है। लेकिन कभी भी पैसे नहीं देती थी। उन्होंने बताया कि कई साल पहले ही अर्पिता ने घर छोड़ दिया था। उसने पहले सीरियल और फिर फिल्मों में काम किया। लेकिन, अपने पास इतने पैसे होने का जिक्र उसने कभी भी माँ से नहीं किया।

अर्पिता की माँ कहती हैं, “अगर उसने मेरी बात मानी होती तो उसकी शादी करा देती। उसके पिता सरकारी नौकरी में थे। उनकी जगह उसे ये सर्विस भी मिल सकती थी। लेकिन उसकी इन सब में कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं थी।” अर्पिता के खिलाफ प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के द्वारा की जा रही कार्रवाइयों को लेकर उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें इसके बारे में अखबारों के जरिए पता चला। मिनाती मुखर्जी ने इसे कानूनी मुद्दा बताते हुए पैसे की जानकारी होने से इनकार किया।

अर्पिता मुखर्जी के फ्लैट से अब तक मिले 50 करोड़ रुपए

अर्पिता मुखर्जी के घरों पर छापे से अब तक तकरीबन 50 करोड़ नकदी और 5 किलो सोना बरामद होने की बात सामने आई है। इसके साथ ही अर्पिता के बेलघरिया फ्लैट की तलाशी के दौरान अधिकारियों को दो सेक्स टॉय भी मिले थे। अर्पिता मुखर्जी का दावा है कि उनके फ्लैट से प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) को जो पैसा मिला है, वह पार्थ चटर्जी का ही है। ईडी से पूछताछ में एक्ट्रेस ने कहा कि चटर्जी के आदमी उनके यहाँ पैसे लाकर रखते थे। कभी-कभी चटर्जी खुद भी आते थे और कमरों में रखे पैसों की जाँच करते थे। अर्पिता का दावा है कि उन्हें उस कमरे में जाने की अनुमति नहीं थी, जहाँ पैसे रखे जाते थे।
