दिल्ली में एक बार फिर से शराब सस्ती होने जा रही है क्योंकि दिल्ली सरकार शराब के दामों में भारी छूट देने जा रही है। दिल्ली सरकार के आबकारी विभाग ने निजी दुकानों को शराब के अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य (MRP) पर 25% तक की छूट देने की अनुमति दी है। इस ऑफर के बाद से एक बार फिर से दिल्ली में शराब के दामों में भारी डिस्काउंट का दौर शुरू हो गया। गौरतलब है कि दिल्ली सरकार ने गत फरवरी शराब की बोतलों पर दी जाने वाली छूट व बिक्री की योजनाओं पर रोक लगा दी थी। इसके पीछे का कारण कोरोना की रोकथाम से जुड़े नियमों में बरती गई लापरवाही थी
मिलेगी 25% तक छूट
दिल्ली के आबकारी आयुक्त द्वारा शुक्रवार को जारी एक आदेश में कहा कि सरकार ने सिफारिश की है कि दिल्ली के NCT के अधिकार क्षेत्र में दिल्ली उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 2010 के तहत शराब की बिक्री पर MRP में 25% तक छूट की अनुमति नियम 20 के सख्त अनुपालन के साथ दी जाएगी।
इस आदेश में कहा गया है कि “आयुक्त, आबकारी ने दिल्ली आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 4 के तहत निर्देश दिया कि दिल्ली में लाइसेंसधारी शराब विक्रेता शराब बिक्री के अधिकतम 25% तक छूट दे सकते हैं।
नियम और शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ लिया जाएगा एक्शन
इसके साथ ही इसमें कहा गया है कि लाइसेंसधारी लाइसेंस के नियमों और शर्तों का सख्ती से पालन करेंगे और यदि कोई उल्लंघन पाया गया तो उनके खिलाफ दिल्ली आबकारी अधिनियम और अन्य नियमों के तहत सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इस आदेश में कहा गया है कि “जनहित में, सरकार किसी भी समय छूट वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है। सरकार किसी भी दायित्व के अधीन नहीं होगी और दिल्ली में शराब की बिक्री पर छूट की अनुमति देना सरकार पर बाध्यकारी नहीं होगा।
बता दें कि आबकारी विभाग ने 28 फरवरी को दिल्ली में शराब की बिक्री पर छूट और रियायतें बंद कर दी थीं क्योंकि दिल्ली आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (DDMA) के दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लंघन किया गया था।
